David Diaz is an American painter, living in Annapolis, Maryland. He is a member of Maryland Federation of Art and has worked at Mid Atlantic Pleinair Painters Association. David travels to Ireland every year to take part in Europes's largest plein air festival, Art In The Open, held in Co. Wexford.
